 I'm not sure what needs testing here. The fact that Wikipedia-10 wouldn't
 install, or the fact it takes a while to install?

 Either way, I downloaded and installed Wikipedia-10 on 8.2-759. After the
 download completed, it took 1-2 minutes to load the first time I started
 it from the Journal. It installed and started successfully.
