 In build 8.2-759:

 The sugar control panel prevents a user from removing the presence service
 (which should be labelled "Collaboration", not "Mesh", as it has nothing
 to do with the mesh).    If a user attempts to erase the existing server
 name, the check button is grayed out and they are prompted "You must enter
 a server".

 A user should be capable of erasing their presence service
 with having to provide another one.
