Went to www.archive.org, clicked Moving Images, in the search box searched
for "Theora". Picked first movie, which was:

   http://www.archive.org/details/TheLonelyTreeBehindTheScenesOggTheora

The movie does not play properly in the Flash player that comes up, so I
tried directly playing via a download link, clicking the "All files: HTTP"
link in the left margin. This brings me to:

 http://ia360943.us.archive.org/1/items/TheLonelyTreeBehindTheScenesOggTheora

Clicking on "LonelyTreeMovie.ogv" (a 15MB file) starts the embedded Ogg
player. It plays about half a second of music and then hangs, apparently
 forever.

I found it hard to figure out whether the movie would play cleanly from
local flash memory, as opposed to streaming http, because I couldn't
figure out how to save a Web object to local flash memory from Browse.
