The Control Panel appears to always list the available languages in
 English.

This makes it hard to select your language, if you don't understand
its name (and your country name) in English.

Shouldn't the language and country names all be visible in their native
forms? (Possibly with a translation to the current locale
in a second column?) In my experience, this is common on cellphones,
BIOSes, and on Linux installers (which want/need you to pick a language).

 (See also #6051.)
