 Looks like the first time that you Browse to a new web page, scrollbars
 are missing.  If you surf elsewhere then eventually come back (but not
 using Browser BACK button nor history), then scrollbars show up.
 Astronomy Picture of the Day webite is good for testing, because it has
 its own FORWARD and BACK buttons.  [http://apod.nasa.gov/]
