 When trying to start "Measure", it blinks, but never starts. Checked with
 two different laptops. It's Measure-17, which downloads automatically.
 Wrong version, should be Measure-19?

 When you download activities "automatically" (using the Control Panel",
 Measure-17 is downloaded, not Measure-19, and Measure-17 doesn't work with
 8.2-757.

 Which means that maybe the wrong version of Measure was set up to be
 automatically downloaded.
