 Ok a funny remark is: I load dev.laptop.org/~erikos and have no scrollbar
 at the right. I hit reload and the scrollbar appears.

 I open browse again and that time the scrollbar appears on first loading.
 Loading dev.laptop.org/ticket/x now does show the scrollbars the first
 time loading that page.

 expedia.com does not show them for me at all even after i reload the page.
