 I was unable to cause the problem by downloading large files, it seems
 that I either boot up with wifi working, or boot up with it not working.
 So I don't think it's the same as #7973.

 However after upgrading to 8.2-757 I was unable to reproduce it after 6-7
 reboots.  It may be that there was some interference that is gone now and
 that it will show up again, but I am willing to consider this as fixed in
 8.2-757.
