Comment:

 I'm re-opening this ticket because it is now 10 months later, we have
 build 767 (official release 8.0.2) and it still crashes exactly the same
 way on page 5 of the same book! In case you don't feel like scrolling all
 the way to the top, here is the book again (every page except page 5,
 which is virtually a blank page, works fine, though loading pages 3, 4, or
 6 will ultimately crash it after a little while because it will
 subsequently attempt to cache page 5):
