 when involved in collaboration with the record activity, there are
 images/sounds/movies that are shown. But if you do not click on them, they
 are not downloaded, so you may not get the file, only the thumbnail. From
 my experience, if you do not download the file within one minute, you will
 not be able to get the file, ever. And if you look at the thumbnail bar,
 you can not determine which of the displayed thumnails has been downloaded
 easily, which means you will have to click on them again and again to
 figure out which to download. I would appreciate a visual indication of
 which media are downloaded and which is a thumnail. The suggestion would
 be to alter the icon below the thumnail in the thumbnail bar to show this.
