 Copy some text to the clipboard.  Drag the click and drag the resulting
 clipping within the clipboard area.  Verify that the standard mouse cursor
 remains, and that the clipboard remains gray.  Release the mouse to drop
 the clipping back on the clipboard area.  Verify that ''no'' duplicate
 clipping is made.
