 Actually this issue is for Sugar as an upstream project, and the problem
 occurred on Ubuntu intrepid with Sugar 0.82.0. This would have been
 reported in a separate Sugar Labs trac instance if there was one.

 My preferred resolution (for Sugar 0.84) would be increased modularization
 in the control panel, so that XO-specific options can be easily disabled
 or removed by other users of Sugar to whom they don't apply.

 If there is an XO bug in 767, please don't hijack this ticket unless
 you're saying the exact same issue occurs with the error message
 "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Un...etworkManager doesn't exist" in the
 Control Panel.
