 From their cursors, it is hard to tell where some tools in the Paint
 activity will act. For example, the paint brush tool cursor actually draws
 at the lower end of the icon's handle, not the end of the brush. For
 another example, try using the Fill tool on a small shape.

 Drawing, erasing, filling, and shape creation should consistently
 originate from the lowest left visible pixel of the cursor.
