 Enter text into a search field, such as that in the Neighborhood view.
 Select the text, and then drag it into the clipboard area, activating the
 Frame via a hot-corner. Verify that the clipboard area "highlights" in
 black, indicating acceptance of the drag.  Release the mouse to create the
 clipping, and verify that the clipboard returns to it's normal color.
