 As part of the Gadget integration work and as a first step to a PS-free
 world, I wrote a simple object watching the existing Telepathy connections
 on the bus.
 As It's not PS related and use directly the TP API, I created a new
 sugar/telepathy module. The futur PS-free API will probably belong there
 as well.
