 Hi Frances,

 I think you have the wrong bug -- this one is for when automatic power
 management is turned on in the Power control panel.  (If "idle-suspend" is
 on, the screen dims and power light blinks; if it isn't, the screen just
 blanks.)

 I'd suggest opening a new bug for this and assigning it to telepathy-
 gabble.
