 Pretty sure the shortcuts now include the shift key as well. Just tested
 on an XO and alt-shift-f, and alt-shift-r work as expected – but not alt-
 shift-n, or alt-shift-p – I think these are depreciated for the more
 common keyboard shortcuts alt-tab, and alt-shift-tab.
