 The idea is to have an mmap'able icon cache, that contains the icons in a
 form that they can be rendered in any color combination. This means, the
 icon cache will contain the following masks:
  * Fill Mask
  * Stroke Mask

 But also:
  * Fill Mask, if there is no Stroke
  * Stroke Mask, if there is no Fill

 In almost all cases the last two will be identical the the first two.

 I cases an icon cannot be recolored (because it does not use the entities,
 or contains non-recolorable parts), the normal image can be cached.
