Running Browse-98 on candidate 767, I notice if I hover over [Search the
Web] or [Search OLPC] on the OLPC Library page, the text goes white, i.e.
unreadable against the button's white background. I made a minimal test
 page to confirm, http://www.skierpage.com/olpc/button_test.html

I don't think this is a rendering glitch like bug #7830, I suspect
Browse's theming displays buttons with a white backgrounds and turns
button text white on hover. (Firefox-6 also turns button text white on
hover, but it displays buttons with a gray background so you can still
 read the text.)
