Old description:

New description:

 If the Record (or, for example, Write) activity is started twice (maybe
 just by mistakenly clicking twice on the Record's icon), you see two
 Record's icons in the top of the screen. When trying to close Record, one
 of the activities closes. Though, while trying to close the other Record
 by hovering over the activity's icon in the top, the pull down menue looks
 strangely (see attached screenshot), and the activity just can't be
 closed.
