Comment:

 I'm going to mark this one as closed, because the bundle *was* upgraded -
 looking at the library.info file in Terminal, the version number now says
 8.

 However, I am going to open up a new ticket suggesting that the fact that
 library bundles are upgraded should actually be visible to the user. ;)
