 I updated the patch, with Tomeu's suggestion and a small fix for pdfs
 which do not have an index. At first, self._document.has_document_links()
 was not working for some reason, now it works fine. Probably a b0rked
 sugar-jhbuild set-up in my system.

 Ok to commit ?
