build 8.2-767, q2e18
Laptop connected to XS4 AP, and registered to a school server was sharing
things properly and the presence/neighborhood showed everything well.
I pushed the sleep button (pwr button) and the laptop went to sleep.
I pushed it again and the laptop woke up again, reconnected to its AP and
pretty much seems to be working well, but the second wireless LED (the one
that usually blinks a lot) remains off.
I made this 'high' since it changes the UI, and the user is not going to
know what is wrong.
