 Hello, first-time ticket poster.

 I clean installed build 711 on my XO-1 and then used olpc-update to load
 candidate-767 / 8.2.0.  After restarting the "Your Name" text of my XO,
 which was previously "Joe", now displays two small dots under the first
 letter (visually similar to a vertical ellipsis under the "J").  See the
 screenshot that will hopefully be attached to this ticket...

 This is pretty frivolous and is merely cosmetic, but it was a little
 strange.  The workaround is to use the Control Panel to retype the first
 character in the name...I think.
