 Last night, while running on battery only, I let my XO get down low enough
 that the power light started glowing red.  When I clicked on the Frame
 button and then moused over the battery icon it said "Charged" at 14%.
 After I plugged in the AC charger it starting saying "Charging".

 Automatic power management is turned on.

 Build 767 (formerly G1G1 upgraded to 703 then various test versions of
 Sugar 8.2)
