 Wad reports that Sugar uses more CPU when left idle at the home screen
 than it did previously:

 Build 767/q2e18 took an average of 5.7 W, and lasted for 3 hr 25 min.
 Build 711/q2e12 took an average of 5.1 W, and lasted for 3 hr 50 min.

 Having automatic power management turned on by default will help with
 this, but it would be comforting to know the root cause.
