Comment:

 Moving this to 8.2.1.

 Khaled, can you please upgrade to 8.2.0 (build 767) and see which of these
 issues still exists and provide a test case so I can recreate it. From the
 original description I can't tell if there is something that is still a
 bug here.

 The test case should probably be very specific about the locale to test
 with and what the exact results should be.
