Comment:

 According to Reuben, conversations from yesterday indicate that this bug
 is still outstanding and that fixing it would require a rewrite of the
 Terminal Activity. I'm therefore going to move this out of 'test in
 release' and back to 'design'.

 I'd also like to request a test case for this, so we can be sure we look
 at all the regressions a fix for this should catch.
