Comment:

 Personally, I wouldn't add this to the release notes.  If adding
 something, I would recommend:

 When the laptop is powered off, but connected to an external power source,
 the network association LED may be very faintly lit (visible in a dark
 room).

 Hey Richard, gonna nail those EC output initializations one of these days
 ?   Maybe Paul can help...  It's rough having to do code archeology!
