 It's not closed in joyride or candidate-8.2 streams.  The status is
 accurate AFAICS - it needs review.

 The release note tag is old.  There is already a release note section for
 this on the wiki that I'm happy with (since I made it :)), so perhaps this
 tag should be removed?

 I created that page.  Ctrl-S is not on it.  Thus stealing Ctrl-S is bad.
 That (and other shortcuts that were stolen) is what this ticket is for.

 Please reconsider the blocks: tag, or at least polish.  It'd be a real
 shame to ship a Terminal where the default editor is broken, again (one
 year or so on).
