 Updating bug title to reflect issue w/ software updater.  If you want the
 'install() and upgrade() should work even when Activity dirs are the same'
 bug fixed, open a new ticket & file it against sugar.  I believe that
 these fixes will come as part of the work to support having multiple
 activity versions installed concurrently.
