 Turns out that faulty bundle under scrutiny here, the one that was named
 Epaath-13.xo, was really an Epaath-11.xo bundle with the wrong permissions
 set. I uploaded the right Epaath-13.xo bundle (I hope) and linked it to
 http://dev.laptop.org/pub/epaati/E-Paath-latest.xo
