#8747: Measure's "waveforms" are images of the Neighborhood page?!

 8.2.0-757. I started Measure, then went to the Neighborhood page. I
 didn't see any other XO's. I went to a nearby XO and clicked the local
 access point (so that both machines are on the same one). This
 immediately brought up another XO icon on each machine.

 Back on the original machine, I hovered over the new XO and offered to
 "Invite to Measure Activity". On the other machine, I saw the new Measure
 icon pop up in the Neighborhood view, and clicked on it. This started a
 local Measure (2.8.0-755).

 Neither of these Measure's appeared to have any effect on the other one;
 their waveforms were in their characteristic colors, but on each XO, only
 its own waveform appeared. I tried clicking on the Start Recording button
 and messing with the Now versus 30 Seconds tab, but never got any obvious
 feedback or any obvious effect.

 Some time later, I went to the Journal, wondering if anything had gotten
 recorded there. On the original XO, there are 9 different things marked
 "Waveform 1 ,from Measure Activity" thru "Waveform 9 ,from Measure
 Activity" (yes, with the comma in the wrong place).
 I've opened two of them so far (#8 and #9). Both of them open *Browse*
 for some bizarre reason -- and what they show is even more bizarre.

 It's a .jpg containing a snapshot of the Neighborhood screen!!!

 It apparently has nothing to do with what Measure was doing. No waveforms
 appear. Instead, circles for access points, with little lock squares,
 appear; with two XO's, in the right colors to be the two I was using. The
 images appear to be of the network as seen from the first XO (the one on
 which I was fooling with the buttons). No copy of Measure appears in the
 image, just two XO's, three Mesh circles, and about twenty access points.
 The access point that I'm using is encircled with parentheses.

 So, we have numerous bugs here.

   *  No feedback from buttons
   *  Bizarre saved files
   * Odd punctuation in saved file names
   * No effect from sharing (see also #3461).
