 It happened again, after power-up.  No signs of life in radio (both left-
 hand LEDs are dark, and no network, as per earlier screenshot of blank
 Neighborhood.  I collected an olpc-log.  Problem went away after reboot.

 This time I am using official build 8.2-767 and Q2E18.

 #8020 seems similar.  #4476 is interesting... if this 8060 bug ever
 happens again, I should test to see if USB is usable.

 Minutes prior to my power-up that exhibited the bug, I was using OFW to
 test USB memory sticks, and doing save-nand backups.
