Comment:

 (changed to no action needed) This was an error where the Idiom/Languages
 for the 'ralphw' profile was set to '''Portugese''' - setting the user
 profile back to en/English fixed the problem.

 If the user isn't logged in, selecting the language does persist.  I'd
 recommend making the language setting visible as part of the URL or
 clearly visible on screen (that would be
 a usability enhancement)
