 During scans the radio moves through all channels and so we should expect
 some losses in ingress traffic.  There should be no losses for egress
 traffic, though, as the outgoing queue should be throttled by the
 driver/firmware.

 Is it easy to retest and see where the losses are (e.g. by running tcpdump
 on the gateway)?
