 Packet loss occurs when the XO is performing wireless scans. This seems to
 happen automatically in the background but can also be replicated
 manually.

 Start a fast ping

 sudo ping -i 0.1 GATEWAY_IP

 sudo iwlist eth0 scan

 You will notice a drop of somewhere between 4-8 ICMP packets and the
 antennae light on the XO will flash.

 While not normally noticable this causes problems for applications like
 VideoChat.
