 We want to include the thinmac driver in the XS build, and be able to
 enable it to take over our eth1 NIC.

 This should be an optional setting, and we need to find a way to make this
 happen without breaking the current Libertas-as-mesh-devices setup.

 Also needs a hook to bump the broadcast rate as it's desirable to use this
 mode for the Wireless NAND flash scheme, which is based on broadcasts .

 This of course depends on a reliable thinmac Libertas.
