 Getting this error message in Fedora testing. This is reproducible across
 two SD cards (SanDisk Extreme III 4 and 16GB cards) on my laptop, and on
 other laptops with 8GB cards, but not 4GB for some reason.  Some
 interesting notes:

 if you do 'dir sd:\' at the OFW prompt, it will fail every other time. It
 doesn't matter how long or short of a time you let elapse between the
 attempts, it's precisely every other time.

 A workaround to make it work every time is to type 'test /pci/sd' in OFW
 until it succeeds every time (that takes three times, which seems to be
 consistently reproducible as well - the first time it works, the second is
 does not, and the third and subsequent times work).

 This is with firmware Q2E18.
