 Uruguay's current build includes the eToys mp3 player support.  They'd
 like to upgrade to 8.2.0, but at the moment they'd lose this audio
 playback if they did that.  This is a request on their behalf for a way to
 have a recent build of eToys and the mp3 player installed.

 OLPC continues not to want to distribute the MP3 player plugin.
