Comment:

 > Ends with /usr/sbin/olpc-contents-verify: error while loading shared
 libraries: libicui18n.so.36: cannot open shared object file: No such file
 or directory No more update methods to try.

 This is a different bug, and is a problem with the build you're trying to
 upgrade *from*.

 You could:

 # rm /usr/sbin/olpc-contents-verify
 # cat > /usr/sbin/olpc-contents-verify
 #!/bin/bash
 exit 0
 ^D
 # chmod a+x /usr/sbin/olpc-contents-verify

 .. or you can just flash a recent build without using olpc-update.

 I'll close this bug, since the behavior it describes is long-fixed.
