 I'm running build 767 (firmware Q2E18) on a B4.
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities#via_Terminal says you can remove
 activities via the Terminal using the command rm -r
 Activities/ActivityName.activity - I tried this, but then when you go into
 the activities view, the view does not refresh itself, and there is no
 obvious way to manually refresh it.  If you then accidentally try to
 launch an activity that has been removed, you get an apparent hang on the
 launch icon that you need to press Alt-Control-Backspace to get rid of.
