#7143: No telepathy connection while looking for a jabber server

 Everytime you reboot/resugar the XO disable salut for 2min leaving room
 for gabble to establish a connection with the jabber server.

 In this case I set a dummy jabber server and re-sugared.

 For these 2min no telepathy was running.

 The telepathies statuses were taken from DBUS.

 Also check the connections.log at time 18:03 were  both telepathies were
 down.

 *However* despite the bug, the XO started salut successfully.

 What i am afraid of, is the possibility that if gabble fails within the
 2min, then it turns off(insteaf of retrying).
 If a jabber is present we might havent observed that, because it connects
 right away.
