 I experienced a significant[150kbps] speed discrepancy between downloading
 build 706 on Opera, then on Firefox, versus wget. CJB asked me to file a
 ticket as it may be an indication of a misconfigured server or such. It
 may also have to do with my personal system configuration. At this point
 in time, I can't say either way, but figured I best inform those to whom
 it may be relevant. Let me know if you need any configuration information
 about my system[s] at home.

 Someone else try and replicate this please?
