 This works:
 http://pullcord.laptop.org:8000/wiki/Lenguaje_de_programaci%C3%B3n_C?raw=1

 The normal page does not work. Not that errors are any good, but they'd be
 much more tolerable if they had links to the raw wikitext page and to the
 es.wikipedia.org page.

 (other bug filed for the parse error itself)
