 It's worth pointing out that we're only talking about the bundle name, not
 the display name.  It can still appear as "Wikipedia" or whatever other
 thing we might choose in Spanish.  So this is fairly inconsequential.  The
 only reason to change is to improve compatibility with a hypothetical
 activity upgrade mechanism, and to minimize developer confusion.

 I support the change.
