 Downloading an .xol bundle from the web (from a site that properly sets
 its mimetype) causes the bundle to be automatically installed.

 Installing from an USB key, or from an old entry in the Journal (say,
 after a collection has been uninstalled by hand, or after it has been
 copied to the Journal from a USB key), fails with:
   WARNING root: No activity can open this object, application/vnd.olpc-
 content

 (Installing an .xo file from the Journal works properly.)
