 Spoken annunciators in Speak -- like 'rate changed' -- are spoken with the
 selected pronunciation rules. This causes some strange pronunciation if
 you are using an alternate pronuciation rule.

 Annunciators should be pronunced using Default, or annunciator text
 translated.
