 I had Wikipedia-3 installed.  I installed it by downloading the .xo in
 Browse.  It appeared, correctly, in the list of Activities in the List
 Home view, as version 3.

 Later, I downloaded Wikipedia-4.xo in Browse.  Once the download started,
 I deleted Wikipedia-3 from the Journal view.  I then looked at the
 Activities list in the Home view, and saw Wikipedia version 4 listed.
 This is despite the fact that, as I type this, Wikipedia-4.xo is still
 only 70% downloaded.

 Sugar is offering to launch something it doesn't yet have.  I'm sure it
 will fail in an interesting way if I attempt to launch it.
