 Hi,

 Do we set the Firefox cache size at all?  I was getting an OOM trying to
 load the Uruguay Wikipedia page, and created the key:

 browser.cache.memory.capacity = 5000

 I no longer get the OOM.  Should we apply this to Browse?  (Is it possible
 to supply it to my own instance of Browse only?)
